Ozzy Osbourne has accused former Black Sabbath band mate Tony Iommi of taking over the heavy metal titans' name and costing him royalties from merchandise sales.

It happened such a long time ago, why all of a sudden has this came about?
Shame this is happening. I love Ozzy and his crazy personality. Whatever the outcome, it will not change how I feel about his/their music.. TC Jackii

I say, if Ozzy thinks he is being "dogged around" by an old friend and band mate he has a right to go after what he feels is his fair share of any and all royalties from any and all past Black Sabbath ventures in which he, (Ozzy) was a part of. I do hope of course that Ozzy exhausted all other avenues of reconcilliation ei (callling Toni and trying to work it out) at least before pullin' out the big guns.... That's all I have to say about that!
